FAQ

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All orders take 1-3 days processing and domestic (US) orders take 3-5 with first class w/tracking.


Q: Where is my tracking number for my order?

A: Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail with the fulfillment order, so please check your email.


Q: I put the wrong address can you change it?

A: If we have already sent out the order there is nothing that can be done.  If the item comes back we will make an attempt to contact you via e-mail and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Q: My item was shipped to the wrong location what can we do?

A: Contact the carrier used for the item and see what they can do.  If it was a mistake on our end we will do all that we can to fix it.  If it was a mistake on our customer's end we will not be responsible.
